Wendy Gail Body
Co-Chair
Currently resides in Orefield, PA. Graduated
from Lehigh University with B.S. in
Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in
Finance from Penn State University.
Currently employed as a Senior Project
Manager for Alvin H. Butz, Inc. which is a
Construction Management Company in
Allentown, PA. where she has worked her
entire career. Extremely active in the
Community. Co-founded the Women's 5K
Classic in 1993 which is the fourth largest
all-female running/walking race in the
country which donates all proceeds to the
fight against breast cancer. Also very active
in Greater Lehigh Valley United Way and
other Allentown Community Groups. Past
President and current member of the
Allentown Rotary Club. Member of the
Camp Neidig Committee for 18+ years and
currently serving as Co-Chair of the
Committee.

Charles Incalcaterra
Co-Chair
Currently resides in Whitehall, PA.
Graduated from Rutgers University with a
BA in Biochemistry, then from the
University of Medicine and Dentistry of
New Jersey-New Jersey Dental School.
Completed a one-year General Practice
Residency Program at The Allentown
Hospital (now Lehigh Valley Health
Network). Maintains a private dental
practice in Bethlehem and is the Director
of the General Practice Residency
program at Lehigh Valley Hospital.
Involvement in youth activities include
coaching youth lacrosse, religious
education at his church and promoting
access to dental care for underserved
youth in the Allentown area.
Involvement in organized dentistry
includes membership in the American
Dental Association, past president of the
Lehigh Valley Dental Society and past
chairman of the Valley Forge Dental
Conference. Has been a Rotarian since
1983 and was the founding president of
the Rotary Club of Bethlehem Morning
Star. Involved with the Camp Neidig
Committee since 1985 and is currently
serving as Co-Chair of the Committee.

Shawn Hinkle
Camp Director
Graduated from Penn State University with a
B.S. in Computing Technology & Science.
Currently attending Alvernia University in
their MBA program. Currently employed as a
Demand Planning Manager by the C.H.
Briggs Company, a wholesale distributor of
specialty building products located in
Reading, PA. Currently serves as President
of the Berks County Chapter of the Penn
State Alumni Association and as a member
of the Penn State Berks Campus Advisory
Board. Also serves as a P.I.A.A. high school
soccer official, where he has been selected
to work both district and state playoff games
including the 2009 Girls AAA State
Championship game. Has been recognized
locally and nationally for community service
and volunteer work. Attended Camp Neidig
in 1996. Served previously as a camp
counsellor and lifeguard at Camp Neidig
since 1995 before taking over as Camp
Director in 2008.

Terri Simmons
Neidig Night Chair
Currently resides in Sinking Spring, PA.
Graduated from Penn State University
with a BS in Secondary Education
(Mathematics). I have been
working in a marketing-related field since
1993 with the last 2 years as a senior
account executive for Viamedia, which
handles cable TV and internet
advertising in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Member of the West Reading/Wyomissing
Rotary Club since 2001. Serve as
Membership Chair for Club as well as
Rotary District 7430. Involved with Camp
Neidig Committee since 2007, with
major responsibility being the Chicken
BBQ. Other activities include:
Engagement Committee for the Greater
Reading Chamber of Commerce;
Marketing Advisory Member for United
Way of Berks County; Member of Church
Choir.

Barry Haydt
Registrar
Graduated from Kutztown Area High School.
Served a 3 year tour with the US Navy as an
Electronic Tech on board the USS Enhance
( MSO 437 ) ( Ocean Minesweep ). Retired
from the Kutztown University Police
Department after 25 1/2 years with the rank of
Corporal. Active in St. John's UCC Church in
Kutztown, Married for 35 years with a Son
which was a Camp Neidig Camper his Junior
year of High School. Active in the
Pennsylvania State Police Camp Cadet
Program for 22 years serving on the Board of
Directors, Register, Counselor. Active in
Berks Lodge Fraternal Order of Police serving
as Secretary for the past 20 years and
Delegate for the past 16 years. Active on the
Board of Camp Neidig for the past 6 years as
register and 8 year prior as a counselor.
Active in the Boy Scout program as a District
Commissioner, Committee member of Post
22 ( Camp Cadet Explorer Post )

Daniel G. Ritter
Treasurer
Born and raised in Boyertown, PA. Spent
summer as camper and counselor in
Poconos. Graduation Lehigh University
and worked as Admissions Officer there
until joining The New Jersey Zinc Co in
sales. Started own aluminum
manufacturing business in 1964 and
expanded into home improvements,
heating oil, real estate development and
banking. Still operating in Ambler, PA
and Treasure Island, FL. Rotarian in
Ambler, PA since 1967 serving as
President and Chairman of many
committees in International Exchange as
well as community service projects.
Member of Camp Neidig Committee for
over 25 years and currently serve as
Treasurer.
